All the orders are executed from our store eSun.in, 708/709 Laxmivilas Scty, Mukundnagar, Pune - 411 037 (MS) India. We suggest all our customers to order their choicest product well in advance, any delays which may be caused due to unavoidable circumstances in some cases. In India delivering goods on time is still a great challenge. We hope you always keep this thing in mind before placing any orders.
i. 'Cash-on-Delivery Service: (Temporarily not available)
COD orders are serviced through the Indian Postal Department's - Value Payable Post [VPP) Service or a reliable courier agency. This service is available for most of the locations in India. The delivery is done by Postman or courier agency. Customers need to be present on the given address and keep the exact change money when he comes. He will give you the parcel and take payment from you only in 'Cash'. No other payment method is accepted by postman.
Electronics Products on which shipping charges are not included, are dispatched only through DTDC express, Delhivery.
Local, Regional and National Delivery: At present, we are charging only Rs. 95/- per product. It will be added at the last stage of ordering just before you make the payment.
International Delivery: Kindly write and email to us for a quotation along with your address, contact details and products you wish to order.
pack the ordered immediately on receipt of orders. We use plastic
coated paper-cover, card-board and nylon stings to protect the ordered product from damage. If product is not available we will issue refund immediately on next day. In case same product is available we will dispatch after customer written mail and confirmation.
iv. Delivery Information:
a.Local Delivery with same State :
Depending on your location, we dispatch the products through reputed courier agency eg: DTDC express, Delhivery courier & Maruti couriers.
Deliveries out of Maharashtra are done through Air or Surface Courier Agencies. DTDC express, Delhivery.
* We do not accept any returns or exchanges. You will need to bear the return shipping charges.
v. Shipment Tracking:
Upon dispatching your ordered products, we update your account with the shipping details like the Tracking No., Courier Company Website, Postage details etc. We urge all our customers to keep track of your shipments and communicate with the Post / Courier Company in case of any delays or inconvenience.
